Mr. Albert McCloskey’s
accomplished career in financial management and controls
provides Human Capital Assets products and services
significant accountability capabilities.
With over 25 years of senior
financial management experience, Al has undertaken the General
and Deputy General Auditor roles at four major financial
institutions and the world’s largest credit card association.
He is a recognized leader in establishing the financial and
operational controls necessary to validate corporate value
creation.
Recently, Al retired as
General Auditor of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco
where he was responsible for revitalizing the audit department
for the largest member bank in the FHLB system with over $300
Billion in Assets. He has created, recreated and managed
auditing and accounting functions in major financial and
insurance institutions.
Mr.
McCloskey is a Certified Public Accountant and received his
MBA in Finance from Seattle University and a BA in Accounting
from the University of Washington. |
