Mr. Potvin’s
global management consulting career and his experience as a
highly successful entrepreneur brings a practical,
implementation oriented dimension to Human Capital Assets
approach.
Bill currently
assists companies to enhance value in preparation for sale
after recently completing a term as the CEO of a technology
company which he helped found and bring to a highly successful
exit. He took on this start up after a quarter century
management consulting career as a Partner with Deloitte &
Touche / Deloitte Consulting.
At Deloitte he
lead a number of major practices including serving as the
Associate National Director of their Human Capital Consulting
Practice; the Global Director of their Actuarial and Insurance
Consulting Practice; Managing Partner in Russia, and the
National Director of the Financial Institutions Consulting
Practice out of New York. Prior to Deloitte, he managed equity
portfolios for a major financial institution.
Mr. Potvin’s education includes a Bachelor of
Science Foreign Service in International Economics from
Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from American
University.
