Dennis'
expertise in economic measurement and Intellectual Property

Dr. Dugan
has authored three books and more than 150 articles on economics.
He has been widely published in journals such as Intellectual
Property Rights International, trade association publications
and the business press. Dennis has been chairman of
the Economics Department of the University of Notre Dame and was
an Economics Policy Fellow at the Brookings Institute in Washington,
DC.
Dr. Dugan's
professional career has also been noteworthy as the Chief
Economist for the U.S. General Accounting Office, lead partner
in Coopers & Lybrand's Economic Studies Group as well
as KPMG's National Intellectual Property Services.
