As a thought leader, he was selected to publish in the European Edition of CEO magazine the lead article in Human Capital performance measurement: "CEOs Are Flying Blind", European Edition, CEO Magazine. Don has spoken over the last five years at various HR conferences on the emerging and vital strategic role of Human Resource Management systems to optimize Human Capital contribution to shareholder value. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the McDonaugh School of Business MBA program, authoring a course titled “Creating Wealth in the Knowledge Economy”.

A retained search professional by trade at the senior management levels, he has experienced the requirement for the very best human capital to sustain competitive advantage.  Don's formal education includes both an MBA and BS in Finance from American and Georgetown University respectively.
